This page describes the services and privacy controls used by the Titan Wilds teaser website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It uses cookies, and Google receives information about your visit and browser through those requests. Analytics is enabled unless you turn it off. The site shows privacy choices on your first visit; Privacy settings in the footer lets you change your answer at any time.

To turn analytics off, open Privacy settings, uncheck Analytics, and choose Save. This stops new analytics hits and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. The Google tag library still downloads, but the analytics measurement is disabled. Checking Analytics and saving enables it again.

This browser remembers your choice and when you made it. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, the site asks again on a later visit.

The waiting list

When you join the waiting list, we store your email address and the time you joined in a private, encrypted Amazon S3 bucket in the United States. We use the list to contact you about Titan Wilds early access and alpha tests. Joining does not guarantee an invitation.

Submitting the form gives us permission to send those invitations. We keep the list while early access and alpha testing are being organized, or until you ask to leave. Email addresses are checked for a valid format; the form does not verify ownership of your mailbox.

A full CSV of the list is exported to private S3 storage and emailed weekly to our admin mailbox through Amazon SES. The CSV has two columns: email and timestamp. Waiting-list addresses are not sent to Google Analytics and are not written to the signup service logs.

To leave the list or request deletion, use Contact us. A deletion request also covers retained S3 versions, CSV exports and mailbox copies containing your entry.

Contact messages

When you use Contact us, your email address and message are sent to us through Amazon SES, with your address as the reply address. The form and contact service do not store a separate copy of the message; the delivered email is kept in our mailbox.

The check against spam is served by this website and verified by our own contact service. The form does not send your email address or message to Google Analytics.

Hosting and service logs

The website is hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered through CloudFront. The contact and waiting-list services run on AWS Lambda in the United States. Their operational logs are kept for 14 days. If a message cannot be delivered, an error log may include your email address. The message body is not logged.

Questions and requests

Use Contact us for questions about privacy or a request concerning a message you have sent or your waiting-list entry. You can change your analytics choice directly through Privacy settings.
